Essential Functions
Supervision
Manages cycle counting and stock replenishment functions to prioritize workloads.
Performs and verifies daily transactions including issues, transfers, and adjustments.
Assists in location-by-location audits, including reconciliation and adjustments.
Maintains a database of count results not performed due to scheduled cycle counts.
Production / Operational Results
Coordinates daily requests for inventory audits through reconciliation & adjustments in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System (currently Oracle Enterprise 1).
Monitors negative and B / O reports for inventory transaction problems.
Monitor and reconcile warehouse / location transfers.
Coordinates zero location audits to clean out part number / location combinations.
Observes and identifies situations or performances causing inaccuracies; Assists in reconciliation and process improvements.
Participates in the annual field physical inventory.
Quality
Researches and resolves inventory transaction discrepancies.
Generates reports in ERP.
Maintains a file of Material Transfer Forms.
Serves as a liaison with manufacturing resources to coordinate efforts in inspection of products, assemblies or machines to ensure that they meet requirements.
Accountable for Outgoing and End of Line Audit results, addresses them with team, and aligns resources to eliminate potential errors.
Safety
Promotes Safety / Housekeeping throughout department and plant.
Operates forklift and order picker equipment.
Follows safety policies and procedures; reports unsafe conditions to supervisor.

Qualifications :
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel (Required).
- Inventory control : 3 years (Required).
- Proficient in Warehouse Management Software (Preferred).
- Leadership Experience (Preferred)
- US work authorization (Required) .
- Knowledge of Oracle Enterprise 1 (Preferred).
- Knowledge of automated production and inventory control systems (
- Good oral and written communication skills; Able to comprehend and make inferences from materials written in English.
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic using addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Good analytical skills.
- Ability to operate a forklift and order picker (Preferred, training can be provided).
- Ability to operate a reach truck (Preferred, training can be provided).
- Bilingual, English and Spanish (Preferred).
