IT Operations Manager

A company is looking for an IT Operations Manager to oversee the management of its IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and optimize a hybrid IT environment including Windows Server, Office 365, VMware, and Linux systems

Serve as the primary escalation point for IT issues, ensuring timely resolution

Oversee daily IT operations, including systems monitoring, backup processes, and user support workflows

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of progressive IT experience, including 1-2 years in an infrastructure or operations leadership role

Strong technical background in Windows Server, Microsoft 365, VMware, and Linux support

Experience managing complex IT environments with limited resources

Proven experience managing small teams or mentoring junior IT staff

Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
