- Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 - 5 : 00
- Temp-to-hire.
- Pay : $17 per hour
Requirements for an interested candidate include a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of administrative assistant / receptionist experience, and the ability to lift 30 - 50 pounds.
Job duties include answering incoming phone calls, efficiently handling a high volume of calls, greeting and directing visitors, receiving incoming packages, managing incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining accurate logs of certified mail, coordinating meetings / company events, stocking breakrooms and office supplies, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
