Power and Controls Cold Start Supply Chain in Rockford, Illinois seeks a dynamic Supply Chain Account Associate to lead customer proposals, ensuring flawless delivery and quality management.

What You Will Do

Supports one or more Supply Chain disciplines in executing routine processes.

Assists internal teams in proposal development.

Takes dispatch details from customers and provides internal teams with specific instructions regarding handling and execution.

Handles queries from internal and external stakeholders.

Manages major responsibilities across multiple supply chain disciplines on a regular basis.

Performs supply chain activities that cannot be attributed to a defined discipline.

May also include professional employees required to perform activities across several disciplines on smaller sites.

What You Will Learn

Learn to manage all aspects of customer proposals, ensuring on-time delivery and maintaining high standards of quality.

Gain hands-on experience in ensuring compliance with Collins Procedures, Code of Ethics, and International Trade Compliance regulations.

Develop foundational skills in supply chain and operations, with a clear path for upward career growth and development within the organization.

Acquire proficiency in identifying and resolving systemic issues that impact performance and learn to propose effective strategic solutions.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience

Qualifications We Prefer

Experience in the aerospace industry, preferably with knowledge in supply chain and / or operations.

Proficiency in SAP systems and standard work practices.

Strong proficiency in Excel.

Strong communicator (written & verbal), comfortable in both large and small audiences.

Ability to confidently present proposal findings internally and externally to customers, and interact effectively with Collins Aerospace management teams.

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
