Run is mainly East of I-35, but can run all 48

Driver Pay :
3 - 5 mo exp $.50 cpm
6 - 11 mo exp $.51 cpm
12 - 59 mo exp $.52
60+ mo exp - $.54
Detention Pay $12.50 per hr after 2nd hr
Layover Pay / Breakdown Pay $100 per day EXCLUDING Sundays
