Entegris is looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to be an integral part of the Entegris team that effectively serves our valued customers and helps elevate Entegris’ image as a Best of Class supplier.
Customer service responsibilities include order processing, problem solving, service issues, product knowledge, inventory management, logistics and building successful relationships with internal and external customers.
This important role is located in our Chaska, MN facility.
In this role you will :
Generate appropriate computer documentation such as sales order confirmations, proof of delivery, third party purchase orders, and proforma invoices.
Issue written quotations on products following Entegris policies and procedures.
Build and maintain successful customer relationships both internal and external. Proactively work with cross-functional areas to ensure critical customer needs are met.
Actively engage in proactive communication with strategic accounts and account managers.
Understand Global Customer Service policies and procedures as well those of the multiple Entegris business units, such as customer contracts, MOQ’s, and quantity pricing.
Understand the Entegris’ various forms of lead time reduction methods (stocking programs, expedites, express shipments).
Identify potential customer problems early in the process and takes appropriate corrective actions.
Accurately and timely process customer complaints.
Demonstrate a willingness to complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned in order to support the overall department and organization.
Traits we believe make a strong candidate :
Have a bachelor’s degree is preferred with minimum of 2 years customer service experience or High School Diploma with minimum of 5 years of customer service experience.
Be an adept in using ERP systems. Experience with SAP (S / D Module) is preferred.
Be self-directed to accomplish daily and routine tasks
Have good self-control during pressure situations with excellent oral and written communication skills as well as professional telephone manners.
Be able to learn fast in a changing environment and with continuous desire to grow.
Well versed in Business Office software, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Your success will be measured by :
Successful Customer Service Representative routinely will interact with customers, process their orders within 24 hours, and respond to inquiries timely and with minimal direction.
They will become soon the first point of contact for internal and external customers when problems arise on a customer order and can be counted upon to aid in resolution.
