Job Title : Transfer Settlement Analyst
Duration : 6 Month contract
Location : Salt Lake City, UT(On-Site)

Pay Rate : 23 / HR (Firm Rate)
Required skills for role :
- 1-2 years operations experience (familiarity with ACATS & settlement operations preferred, not required)
- Strong PC, MS Office and Web skills
- Bachelor s degree.
Job duties :
- Analyst will initiate transfer requests from client signed ACAT instruction to bring assets into the firm. This will require attention to detail with the understanding of industry and system requirements.
- Perform reconciliation of incoming wires by reviewing the external instructions and notifying the team to input matching instructions.
- Facilitate account transfer delivery through a completing series of steps to notify internal teams, receive proper approvals, and account termination.
- Project work that requires data analysis to identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual touchpoints
