This role is crucial in driving operational excellence and facilitating smooth, agile, and cross-functional collaboration within the Digital and Ecosystem Units.
The objective is to optimize market release quality and frequency by working closely with stakeholders across various departments.
The role involves designing and implementing optimal processes, governance structures, and meeting cadences, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
This position reports to the Global Head of Transformation Office for Digital and Ecosystem Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Process & Governance Implementation : Collaborate with stakeholders to design and establish effective processes, governance structures, and meeting schedules, ensuring seamless cross-functional interaction for successful product releases.
- Ownership of End-to-End Processes : Oversee the adherence to processes, ensuring optimal preparation and facilitation of all events, procedures, and timelines in agile product development and commercialization.
- Drive Stakeholder Alignment : Promote collaboration and alignment of processes and governance with relevant stakeholders across different business functions, such as Sales, Marketing, and Market Intelligence.
- Thought Leadership : Act as a trusted advisor, seeking regular feedback from key stakeholders to understand their priorities and pain points, fostering a culture of agile, solution-oriented ways of working.
- Risk Management : Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in processes and governance structures, developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Performance Tracking : Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure process performance and effectiveness.
- Continuous Optimization : Continuously improve processes and governance structures by integrating external best practices for agile product development and commercialization.
- Stakeholder Enablement : Ensure all stakeholders are educated on established processes, governance structures, and meeting cadences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Science (focus on Digital Solutions or MedTech is advantageous).
- Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, or Business Process Management (BPM) are preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in consulting, agile product management, B2B SaaS, healthcare, or related fields.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing agile product development and commercialization frameworks.
- Strong expertise in process optimization, governance, and collaboration within complex environments.
- Experience in international settings and digital transformation in the MedTech industry is preferred.
