Night Cleaners play an integral role in ensuring that each of our customers have an exceptional resort experience. Night Cleaners are responsible for positive guest interactions while ensuring that the resort is maintained to guest satisfaction, all in a friendly and efficient manner.

At all times, Night Cleaners are expected to be attentive to our Guests' needs, making them feel welcomed.

BASIC FUNCTION : The Night Cleaner is responsible for the cleanliness, deep cleaning, floor care of all public areas, back of the house hallways, stairways, restaurant, the pre-function areas, public and employee restrooms.

The cleanliness of a hotel is one of the main reasons that keep our guests returning to and recommending our hotels to friends and family.

It goes without saying that hotel housekeeping team has one of the most important roles that take place in a hotel daily.

We are looking for individuals with great attention to detail to join our Housekeeping team as a Night Cleaner. The ideal candidate creates a memorable experience for our guests through their attention to detail and care they take in preparing and maintaining the public spaces and assisting the room attendants.

This role truly is the Heart of the House and provides key services for our guests to truly relax and enjoy their stay. A great housekeeping team can make a guest stay go from OK to Outstanding!

Your Role :

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well
• Work as a team to accomplish the goal of resort / hotel cleanliness
• Walk all assigned areas at beginning and end of shift to collect bags, trash, and soiled linen.
• Responsible for the cleanliness, deep cleaning, floor care of all public areas, Health and Fitness center, back of the house hallways, stairways, restaurant, Front Office, the pre-function areas, public and employee restrooms.
• Deliver towels, cribs, cots and other items to the guest rooms on requests.
• Refill the par stock of guest amenities and supplies on each floor pantry.
• Remove soiled linen and trash from all service areas and take to appropriate locations in the prescribed manner.
• Always respond in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and other team members. MARGINAL FUNCTIONS :
• Required to perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
• Scheduled hours may vary on business needs and may or may not include holidays, weekends, various shifts, overtime or reduced hours.
• Perform other related duties as requested by Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager, Assistant Spa Director and Spa Director. ENVIRONMENT :

Indoor work with hard and carpeted surfaces. Occasional outdoor work. Good ventilation with artificial lighting.

QUALIFICATIONS : EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE

• Janitorial experience preferred.
• Housekeeping experience desirable.
• Neat, pleasant personality.
• Ability to work with heavy cleaning machinery.
• Ability to work on feet for an extended period of time.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to read room numbers, dates and basic instructions.The right person will be detail oriented, must be passionate about cleaning to provide a well-maintained environment to every area of the hotel.

The ideal candidate will also have a friendly, outgoing disposition and previous experience working in a public setting in a fast-paced resort.
