Compensation

$70,000 - $85,000 annually

Position Summary

As the Division Manager, you will be responsible for guiding and developing Regional Managers, ensuring operational excellence, contract compliance, safety, and team success across your division. You act as a mentor, strategic operator, and gatekeeper between regional operations and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support 4–7 Regional Managers
• Act as an escalation point for all issues (discipline, complaints, recognition)
• Monitor and enforce contract compliance at all client sites
• Drive customer satisfaction and relationship management
• Lead quality assurance for lifeguards, pool monitors, and swim programs
• Ensure in-service training and safety protocols meet compliance standards
• Manage budgets for all direct reports and assist in financial planning
• Set KPIs for each region and hold teams accountable
• Partner with the Director of Training & Development to address gaps and improvements
• Conduct site visits and maintain a strong field presence
• Other duties as assigned
