This position will require you to gather information onsite for the proposal you will write. You will format the proposal and provide detailed cost sheets for project managers.
Meet with clients for pre-bid information gathering and provide customers with solutions / options on their projects. Xactimate estimating expected on insurance repairs, i.
e. fires, freeze, water losses. Expecting to have great time management skills to perform at a fast pace with accurate and detailed estimates.
You will need to have some experience in reading blueprints for rebuilds and large remodels. You will be expected to write estimates ranging form $1,000.
00 - $15,000,000.00+. Estimating garden style, mid rise, & high rise multifamily as well as the occasional commercial finish out and ground up construction.
