Job Overview
Sales are primarily responsible for the activation of rental units, acquisition of new customers, and customer service of current accounts.
A successful Sales Manager has excellent customer service, a positive attitude, high-energy sales approach, and persistent follow-up skills.
Sales Managers take the lead on new revenue generation, customer growth, inventory merchandising, along with store marketing and promotions.
A Typical Day
Sales Managers will usually start their day by making sure the show floor is presentable and well-merchandised. This can include displaying new merchandise, cleaning product & facilities, and creating price tags.
The majority of a Sales Manager’s time will be spent in lead response and generation. Web leads come in throughout the day and require immediate response with a text, call, and email to have the highest close rate.
Outbound calls are made to former and current customers to notify them about current specials. A Sales Manager will also service customers that come into the store to make a payment or open a new account.
Sales Managers may be asked to host marketing events with other businesses, apartment communities, or local schools / sport leagues.
They can expect to assist with inventory receiving, customer paperwork, and general store organization.

Our customers hear no at a lot of places, so it’s important that our Sales Managers make opening an account quick and easy.
The Requirements
Available able to work the schedule hours. The schedule is usually the same 40 hours each week. Ex. Mon 9am-7pm, Tues 10am-7pm, Wed OFF, Thurs 10am-7pm, Fri 10am-8pm, Sat 10am-5pm, Sun OFF
Dependable show up on time and work the entire shift.
Professional behaving appropriately when at work.

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted.
A valid drivers’ license.
