Location : Key West, FL

Start Date : 10 / 6 / 2025

Duration : 8 Weeks

Shift : Days, 4x10s (7 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM) with call (up to 15 call shifts / month)

Requirements : BLS certification

Certification through CCI or ARDMS in transthoracic echocardiography (must be submitted with application)

Minimum 1 year of recent experience

Housing must be secured upon offer acceptance (please discuss housing costs with traveler prior to submission)

AHCA clearance required for all CHS Florida travel placements

Job Summary :

The Echocardiology Technician is responsible for performing transthoracic echocardiograms and supporting diagnostic cardiology services. Responsibilities include EKGs, Holter monitor hookups and scanning, editing and filing cardiology records, and ensuring accurate billing of procedures. The Echo Tech must demonstrate proficiency in cardiac imaging, critical assessment, and patient education while supporting optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced clinical environment.
