Job Title : Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)

Location : Braintree, MA

Job Description :

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team in Braintree, MA. This non-CDL position requires someone with strong communication skills, a focus on customer service, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of driving experience and be able to handle deliveries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Safely deliver goods to customers, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries
• Lift and carry packages up to 35 pounds
• Utilize an iPad or mobile device for order management, navigation, and customer communications
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer interactions
• Communicate effectively with customers and the team to resolve any issues
• Adhere to safety standards and comply with all driving regulations

Requirements :

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Minimum of 4 years of driving experience
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
• Proficient in using an iPad or similar mobile devices
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
