How will you make a difference to PMI?

PMI is looking for an experienced marketing professional who is responsible for strategically executing the regional marketing strategy and plan.

The Regional Marketing Lead LATAM will be accountable for executing performance marketing campaigns and working with a larger central team to ensure region representation in larger marketing initiatives.

They will provide a consistent approach, for improved brand impact and efficiency, to realize PMI ambition and regional growth plans.

Collaborating with regional (in-country) business teams, they will integrate activities to generate profitable B2C and B2B sales and volume growth in products and experiences and build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the execution of regional marketing strategy and development plans to generate regional revenue and drive conversions, working collaboratively with Brand & Product Marketing.
  • Identify regional growth opportunities, customer segment trends, and relevant competitive activities that influence customer development performance.
  • Establish sales enablement activities, leveraging marketing and product management for consistent customer engagement.
  • Manage direct agency relationships for the design and implementation of localized campaigns.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for regional marketing and support the regional business team.
  • Provide line management support to Regional Marketing, coaching and developing team members.
  • Define locally meaningful activities to establish PMI awareness and focus on lead generation.
  • Develop KPIs and goals aligned with performance marketing metrics, track marketing performance, and recommend adjustments.
  • Establish regional marketing operational processes aligned to outcome-focused metrics.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of PMI strategy and emerging solution capabilities.
  • Work alongside Marketing teams to develop strong relationships with business teams and stakeholders globally.

Qualifications :

  • Experience and knowledge of performance marketing, especially in the LATAM region.
  • Knowledge of media planning, buying, and optimization of campaigns.
  • Experience analyzing data that represents marketing performance for sales.
  • Proficiency in English and preferably Spanish fluency.
