Estates & Trusts Attorney - NYC

Offit Kurman, a growing full-service Am Law 200 firm, is seeking a Senior Trusts & Estates Attorney for our New York City office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, entrepreneurial team serving high-net-worth (HNW) individuals, families, and business owners.

Responsibilities :

• Advise HNW clients on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer (GST) tax planning.
• Design and implement advanced planning strategies, including GRATs, IDGTs, SLATs, charitable trusts, family limited partnerships, and other sophisticated structures.
• Oversee complex estate and trust administration.
• Counsel on business succession planning, philanthropic planning, and wealth transfer strategies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
