Overview
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at our facility located in Downers Grove, IL, 60515. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine safety inspections, electrical troubleshooting skills, troubleshooting CNC machines, and facilities maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct machine safety inspections to ensure compliance with regulations
- Utilize electrical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair issues with machinery
- Troubleshoot CNC machines to identify and resolve technical problems
- Perform equipment troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
- Maintain and repair facility equipment to ensure optimal functionality
- Sidmantle machines and equipment to gain access to the problem area
- Realigns and adjust components such as spindles and clutches.
- Repairs broken parts on CNC and lathe machines.
- Set up and operate metal working tools such as lathe, drill press, and grinders to repair parts.
- Repairs robotic equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong machine safety inspection skills
- Proficient in electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to troubleshoot CNC machines
- Facilities maintenance experience
