Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our Dalton Subaru team.
This is a great opportunity to work with an industry leader known for its friendly and welcoming environment, exceptional customer service, and large and loyal customer base.

This role primarily involves making follow-up calls to customers who have recently brought their vehicles in for service, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Dalton Motors is located less than 20 minutes from most areas of San Diego.
Founded in 1945, Dalton Motors is a family owned and operated business with over 35 dealerships serving major manufacturers including Subaru and others.
We have ongoing training for our staff, including training from the manufacturer, new product on-line training, and job specific training by our in-house trainer.
Our dealership runs smoothly in large part due to our solid processes and trained, skilled staff, many of whom have been here for twenty years or more.
Some of what you’ll do :
- Conduct follow-up calls to customers post-service to gather feedback on their experience.
- Address customer inquiries and provide information regarding service details and next steps.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with service staff to resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications :
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient with basic computer applications and phone systems.
- Must be available to work the specified hours.
