The Waters of Cheatham now hiring experienced Marketing and Admissions Director.
Have community ties and relationships with referring hospitals.
SOME TRAVEL IS REQUIRED.
JOB DUTIES :
- Answer referrals in a timely manner.
- Work with physicians and hospital discharge planners to arrange a smooth transition to the facility.
- Market the facility to referral sources to gain new business.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, discharge planners, and other referral sources.
- Recruit and credential new physicians to the facility.
- Complete all admission paperwork for new admissions in a timely manner.
- Ensure facility has all required paperwork for admission.
- Verify payer sources and ensure referral is clinically approved prior to admission.
- Receive and coordinate investigation / follow through of concerns, complaints received and communicate this information with the Administrator.
- Communicate effectively and consistently with the Administrator and take directions from the Administrator.
- Ensure resident, visitor, and employee concerns are resolved in a timely manner and communicated to the person who originated the concern.
- Meet with members of community organizations.
- Promote good public relations within the community.
- Obtain copies of insurance cards and OBRA screens for every admission.
