Immediate Hiring : In-Office Call Center Representatives

Location : Chesapeake, Virginia

About the Role :

As a Customer Support Representative at notifyMD, you will be the cornerstone of our client interactions. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our clients, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Your daily tasks will include answering incoming calls professionally and empathetically, greeting callers with a warm and welcoming tone, actively listening to their concerns and requests, gathering and accurately relaying essential information, verifying and entering data into our system with meticulous attention to detail, and providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries.

You will work in a fast-paced environment where multitasking and problem-solving skills are essential. Your ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, coupled with your strong communication skills, will be instrumental in your success.

Qualifications :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Proficiency in using computers, especially in a Windows environment
  • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Bilingual English / Spanish or English / French a plus but not required

Shift Details :

  • In-office position only : Remote or work-from-home options are not available.
  • 11-hour shifts, four days a week : Includes two 30-minute unpaid breaks.
  • Weekend work required : Must be available to work one weekend day per week.
  • Holiday work required : Must be able to work during holidays as needed.
