- Must have at least 2 years of exp as a RN in the ICU & : Advanced skills needed : Hemodynamic and ventilator management Procedures performed on unit : Chest tube placement, ventriculostomy, moderate sedation, CRRT, therapeutic hypothermia;
ECMO, arterial line and central line placement Certifications Required : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
