Qualifications :
- 5+ years of construction experience, particularly with high-end projects
- Punctual and exhibits a professional demeanor
- Proficient in reading, interpreting, and following blueprints
- Basic understanding of engineering principles
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Must have your own basic carpentry tools
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English

Responsibilities :
We are seeking an experienced carpenter who appreciates the artistry of fine finishing details and understands the effort required to achieve them.
In this role, you will leverage your skills and mentor junior team members to deliver exceptional results for our clients’ dream homes.
Key Responsibilities Include :
- Demonstrating advanced carpentry skills, especially in finish work and framing
- Working independently on multi-day tasks while ensuring high-quality outcomes
- Reviewing and interpreting blueprints accurately
- Fabricating and cutting wood components
- Executing wood framing procedures and techniques
- Installing window and door frames
- Assessing and repairing wooden structures
- Applying trim and finishing techniques effectively
- Training apprentices and laborers on assigned tasks
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment
- Performing other duties as assigned
