About the Opportunity

As an experienced biologist, you will be responsible for managing inventory tracking system to record synthesis, delivery and stock levels of plasmid DNA and mRNA.

In this role you will.

  • Manage inventory tracking system to record synthesis, delivery and stock levels of plasmid DNA and mRNA
  • Report issues with supply chain and inventory levels to key stakeholders
  • Oversee plasmid and mRNA distribution and manage CROs in maintaining inventory
  • Monitor inventory and analyze data to anticipate future demands
  • Communicate, work closely, and successfully collaborate with other teams to achieve company goals
  • Prepare technical reports, presentations, and recommendations to management and other stakeholders
  • This will be primarily a lab-based position

About you

  • Associate Degree or B.S in biology, finance, business administration or a relevant field
  • 4+ years of pharmaceutical / biotech experience in a similar role
  • Desire to work in a team-first, fast-paced environment, learn new skills, and to efficiently solve problems
  • Expertise in data analysis, inventory management software and forecasting techniques
  • Knowledge of plasmid DNA and mRNA is a plus
  • Attention to detail & meticulous record keeping
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
