Pharmacy Technician - PLEASANT HILL, IA

NuCara Pharmacy is a dynamic community pharmacy serving patients in Texas, Iowa, North Dakota, and Minnesota. We are seeking a full-time pharmacy technician to join our team in Pleasant Hill, IA . Duties will be in our retail pharmacy, but we also provide compounding services, point of care testing, immunizations and servicing group homes which creates an ideal environment for pharmacy technicians looking to diversify their skills. Applicants should have strong communication and organizational skills. National Pharmacy Technician certification is not required.

Responsibilities for this position include :

• Data entry
• Customer interaction
• Inventory management
• Assist in directing daily workflow
• Resolving rejected insurance claims

Store hours are 8 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm Monday - Friday and 9 : 00 am to 2 : 00 pm on Saturdays. The pharmacy is closed on Sundays and all major holidays.  Will include Saturday rotation.
