- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10 years of engineering experience
- 5 years of experience managing a team of technical staff
- Experience with electro-optical, aircraft sensing, missile / laser threat, development, testing, threat / countermeasures, or similar
- Active US secret clearance with ability to obtain TS / SCI
- PMI or PMP certified
Plusses :
- Active TS or TS / SCI clearance
- Aircraft threat warning and / or countermeasures experience
- Experience working with AFRL, Space Force, and / or DARPA

As the Program Manager, you will manage a team of engineers, scientists and technicians for risk reduction experiments and characterizations of advanced aircraft threat warning systems using hardware-in-the-loop techniques, validated with field tests.
This will be supporting multifunctional teams and multiple customers and you’ll be responsible for people and programmatic leadership.
Lead and supervise contractor personnel and manage performance and administrative aspects of the program.
