We are ACTIVELY looking for 2 candidates to work in Sales.
If you are an amazing salesperson and hospitable, this position is your dream.
On top of our hourly compensation and tips, we have three other ways our top salespeople can earn monthly bonuses.
- We offer a profit share percentage of monthly sales to our top 3 sales people monthly.
- We offer a cash reward to our top three salespeople earning the highest average $ transaction monthly.
- We also offer cash rewards to the top three salespeople recognized by members through reviews, we prize hospitable service and like to recognize those who put effort into their work.
Employees can expect to receive a monthly sample bag of various product in the store to sample, we believe the more you can speak to a product from experience, the more likely you are able to connect with a client and make a sale.
Apart from these rewards, we run incentive competitions weekly where our employees are rewarded for selling through certain products with free flower, vaporizers, edibles, etc.
As the industry evolves, we strive to evolve with the industry and bring a new standard of operations into the ever-expanding Medical / Recreational Marijuana Industry.
We look for candidates who are self starters, who go out of their way to improve the workplace for themselves and their coworkers, candidates who will come to work and not only make an impact, but those whose impact you can feel walking through the door.
