Job Description

Lead daily field operations on commercial and healthcare construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Coordinate and manage subcontractors, site logistics, and project planning, including shutdowns and tie-ins.

Utilize iOS devices and construction software for blueprint navigation, RFI management, and daily reporting.

Maintain high standards of workmanship, resolve on-site issues, and ensure compliance with contract documents.

Collaborate with project teams, owners, and designers while mentoring field staff and supporting team development.

The Successful Applicant

Experienced Leader with 5+ years in commercial or healthcare construction, including time as a Superintendent.

Technically Proficient, with strong skills in iOS-based construction apps, Microsoft Project, and document / RFI management.

Detail-Oriented & Quality-Driven, ensuring all work meets contract specifications and high standards.

Strong Communicator & Collaborator, able to lead subcontractor meetings, coordinate with owners / designers, and mentor field staff.

Adaptable & Safety-Focused, with a proven ability to manage change, resolve conflicts, and maintain safe, efficient job sites.
