We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to help us keep our properties in great condition. Ideal candidates enjoy working with their hands, are mechanically inclined, and have excellent customer service skills.
This is a great entry level position.
Location : Boulders at Overland Park Overland Park, KS

The Job : Our Maintenance Technicians must be willing and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced, team environment. Maintenance Technicians may work with any of the following :
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Drywall
- Painting
- Appliances
- Exterior structures
- Swimming pools
- General Maintenance
- Customer Service
The Details : Our Service Technicians should have :
- Candidate requires own set of tools.
- Industry experience
- Team player
- HVAC certified preferred
- Must be able to perform general / routine inspections and identify possible issues.
- Must be willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Must be able to apply efficient and effective solutions (ex : do the hard work now so you don't have to later)
- Must be able to work on a team and collaborate with others.
Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
