Shift Pattern : Day Shift, Monday-Friday
Pay Rate : Highly competitive, DOE
Location : Leixlip, Ireland
Main Duties & Responsibilities :
- Tool dismantling and de-installation
- Daily pre-task planning with customer
- Removal of chamber kits and fore lines
- Disconnect and cap all gas and liquid lines
- Power off the system and related subcomponents
- Perform complete tool shutdown
- Follow all LOTO and customer procedures
- Install caps / plugs, shipping fixtures and casters
- Comprehensive tool audits & assessment
- Document all de-installation activities
- Report on status of Deinstall project
- Adhere to all safety requirements and protocols
- Liaise with Customer to deliver safety & quality
Skills & Qualifications Required :
- 3+ years previous experience in equipment installation, maintenance, or assembly.
- Must be highly knowledgeable of equipment and process
- Flexibility to support the customer
- Excellent Customer Service skills
