Grade Level : Upper Elementary
Caseload : Approximately 6 students, all ASD eligible, working on alternative curriculum, moderate to severe range

We are seeking a qualified individual to join our team in Livonia, MI, for the upcoming school year.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students on the Autism Spectrum who are working on an alternative curriculum
- Provide specialized instruction and accommodations tailored to the unique needs of each student
- Utilize evidence-based practices and instructional strategies to promote academic and social-emotional growth
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including therapists, aides, and parents to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and behavior, and regularly update IEP goals
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
- Michigan Teaching License with Special Education endorsement
- ASD credential or currently enrolled in a program leading to ASD credential
- Experience working with students in the moderate to severe range of ASD preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
