Area Sales Manager - Central / North Florida
You will be primarily responsible for regional account sales and impacting relationships with Distributors, Contractors, and Engineers in the Central and North part of Florida.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Relationship sales role - Develop relationships with distributors, contractors, and engineers.
- Building business partnerships to align and achieve mutually beneficial goals for both organizations.
- Customer advocate role - Executing "win-win" scenarios for the customer and company.
- Track and Win jobs and projects in the local market area.
- Communicating local market conditions and competitive activities to Regional Managers regularly.
- Conducting presentations in front of small and large groups on products.
- Specification writing to include product knowledge by name and Figure # at Engineering Firms.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
Must have five years of sales experience.
Plumbing products / piping products Industry experience is a plus.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor's Degree required.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
Good presentation skills.
Experience in effective relationship building and consultative selling. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Field training and overnight travel are required.
