What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Perform System Administration function on MSP and related post-closing systems, including role administration and year-end processing
- Run ad-hoc database queries using MSP Passport, MSP AIP, and Microsoft SQL queries to identify and resolve business issues
- Conduct analysis of business processes and define, test, document, and manage business requirements according to approved standards / procedures
- Lead collaborative business requirement gathering sessions
- Provide defect management of applications, systems, databases, or websites
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MSP System Administration and SQL Basic Queries
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to the position is preferred
- Knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Experience in IT services or related industry
- Familiarity with MSP and related post-closing systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL queries
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
