Manager, Performance Improvement, Production Planning & Scheduling.
This manager will have companywide responsibility of the companies Performance Improvement, Production Planning & Scheduling.
This position will be directly reporting to the CEO of the company.
Responsibilities :
- coordinate the client / project, shop and field schedules for our top clients
- develop and manage operational targets for shop and field to ensure schedules are met
- develop, manage and track productivity metrics
- leverage continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma and other performance improvement tools) to increase productivity
- perform assessments of the shop and field performance to ensure compliance with the schedule and ensure deliverables are achieved on time and on budget
- develop, mange and lead continuous process improvement initiatives
- train and coach key personnel
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in Glass and Glazing construction is required.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, industrial engineering, process engineering, or related field preferred.
- Six sigma black belt, LEAN, continuous improvement experience
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical project management and operational planning and scheduling.
- Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office Suite.
- OSHA 30-Hour Certification and other relevant certifications preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
