An Am Law 100 firm is seeking a labor and employment (L&E) associate in Houston, Dallas or Austin with 4-6 years of law firm experience focused on L&E.
The associate should have a background in employment-related and / or class action litigation and a desire for trial work.
Work would include matters involving wage and hour claims, employment discrimination, EEOC and DOL, state and federal L&E compliance, advising on workplace policies and more.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience
- Admitted to the Texas Bar
- Excellent academic credentials and writing credentials (minimum GPA is 3.2)
- Able to be in-office three to four days a week
