Description
Full-Time entry-level Collectible Coordinators enjoy :
- Starting wage of $18.50 an hour (negotiable based on experience)
- Monday through Friday work week
- In-Office hours of 8-5 every day
Responsibilities
- Complete provenance research and required documentation
- Collect and organize data from business partners
- Track progress of acquisitions and donations
- Data entry with various computer applications
- Review and audit documents
- Organize paper and electronic files
- File, scan and upload documents to various databases
- Research and reconcile historical documentation
- Meet deadlines and prioritize workload
- Assist with special projects

- Microsoft Office experience with the following programs :
- Microsoft Excel abilities matching the description found at the Excel Website
- Microsoft Word experience mirroring the description at the Word Website
- Microsoft Outlook skillset in keeping with the description at the Outlook Website
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree
- Combination of 2 -5 years of work experience or education in related field
A Plus
Previous import compliance, audit or museum experience a plus
