Job Description
The responsibilities of this position are to design, develop, test and migrate to production. Candidate will maintain the current system.
- Daily working with HQ, client service line and packaging engineers to resolve VOC, process error, reporting and fixing bugs
- Working with client engineers for process, line operation changes
- 24 hours support, tweaking, changeing, modifying DB
- Perform other job related duties as required
Qualifications
Requirement & Qualification
- Basic understanding of Windows / Linux / Network / Storage
- 2 - 5 years of Server / Storage Hardware Management (DELL / HP / IBM / Oracle)
- must be willing to travel within 10%
- Bachelor Degree or a minimum of 4 years of experience in related field / s desired.
- Korean / English Bilingual Required
- Big Corp. IT Help Desk experience could be considered as relevant experience
Preferred Qualification
Operating Experience of Windows / Linux / Storage
