Job Summary :
We are seeking a senior-level AI / ML Product Manager to lead the development and management of our AI-driven products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, a proven track record in product management, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into impactful business solutions.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the product vision, strategy, and execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for AI / ML products in alignment with the company's goals and market needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and business teams to develop and launch AI / ML products.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and validate product ideas.
- Prioritize product features, enhancements, and backlog based on customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Develop detailed product requirements and specifications, and ensure clear communication to the development teams.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on product improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning, and integrate relevant innovations into the product roadmap.
- Advocate for the customer by deeply understanding their needs and pain points, and translating these into actionable product insights.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product adoption.
- Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on AI and machine learning products.
- Strong understanding of AI / ML technologies, frameworks, and applications.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver successful products.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development environment.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to align product strategies with business objectives.
- Proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Passion for technology and a deep understanding of the AI / ML landscape.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Familiarity with data science and machine learning tools and languages, such as Python, R, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Experience with data-driven product development and A / B testing.
