JB Surfaces is expanding our team to include individuals who have the ability to learn or enjoy learning and are interested in pickleball and tennis court restoration. Our projects require more than just functional repairs – they demand a meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to achieving a visually stunning finish.

What We're Looking For :

  • Individuals who are eager to learn or enjoy learning and are interested in pickleball and tennis court restoration.
  • Passionate individuals who understand the importance of visual appeal in addition to functionality.

Responsibilities :

  • Restore and rejuvenate pickleball and tennis courts to pristine condition, ensuring both functionality and visual appeal.
  • Implement surface preparation techniques and coating application with precision and care.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve outstanding results and exceed client expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold our standards of excellence.

    • Required Skills / Abilities :

  • Experience in pickleball and tennis court restoration preferred but not required. Training will be provided for individuals with a willingness to learn.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for finishing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong work ethic and dedication to delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
