About The Position
Job Description :
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Psychologist to join our team in Colorado. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals navigate mental health challenges and improve their well-being.
As a Psychologist, you will conduct assessments, provide therapy, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients from diverse backgrounds.
You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for each patient.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for patients of various ages and backgrounds.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care providers.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
- Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and continuing education opportunities.
- Stay current with advancements in the field of psychology and integrate new knowledge into clinical practice.

Job Requirements
Qualifications :
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Active license to practice as a Psychologist in the state of Colorado.
- Proven experience in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Strong understanding of various therapeutic approaches (CBT, DBT, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and documentation systems.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical practice.
