Primary Job Responsibilities of the Sales & Customer Service Representative : Educate the customers by educating them on the benefits of our services and sales promos in person Manage the implementation and delivery of a key client’s activity, maximizing performance, return on investment, and identifying the opportunity to expand Expertly managing the needs of external customers Developing strong leadership and interpersonal skills Driving sales through promotional campaigns Acquire extensive industry sales skills by attending client conferences to connect customers to the latest products and services Upsell services and transition warm leads into actual sales Minimum Qualifications of the Sales & Customer Service Representative : 1-2 years of experience in Sales.
Account Management, Entry-Level Management, Client Relations or relevant fields Ability to excel in unsupervised solo assignments as well as team projects.
Adaptable, open to new ideas, and ready to take on new duties A consistent overachiever with a drive for perfection Must be able to work full-time hours and some weekends for special events.
