Order equipment and prepare the clinic for the best patient experienceHelp meet our mission to help people on their path to better health by providing excellent patient-focused connections and activitiesRequired QualificationsExperience with documentation of care, medication administration, infection control precautions, assessing patient educational needs, physical assessment, obtaining vital signs, performing point of care testing and care coordination.

Preferred QualificationsPhlebotomy Certificate or phlebotomy experience preferred. If not experienced, must successfully complete internal phlebotomy training.

Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Emergency Room.Experience documenting within an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system such as Epic.

Licensure / CertificationsFull, active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse in a State, Territory or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia.

EducationGraduate of a school of Practical or Vocational Nursing, or Registered Nursing, approved by the State Agency and / or accredited by the National League for Nursing (Accrediting Commission (NLNAC)) at the time the program was completed by the applicant.

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is : $24.64 - $53.53This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
