Essential Job Duties :
Provides safe, competent care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
The concepts of Patient C entered Care will provide the foundation for all nursing care. Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
Qualifications
Requirements :
- Language Skills
- Ability to read, analyzes, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and the general public.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
- Medical Social work and / or gerontology desired
- Master’s degree in Social Work required.
- LCSW preferred.
- LPS Certification after hire.
- CPI is required within days of hire.
