- Handle hotel reservations including inquiriesbookings and confirming roomavailability
- Interact with guests via phone email andinperson to address reservation inquiries changes andcancellations
- Assist guests during checkin and checkoutensuring a smooth process and addressing special requests orconcerns
- Collect payment information processreservations and issue invoices or receipts asnecessary
