Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Practical Nurse at Parkview Health in Fort Wayne, IN. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician.
You will assist in delivering high-quality and compassionate healthcare services to patients, including performing basic medical procedures, administering medications, and monitoring patient vital signs.
Your role will also involve collaborating with healthcare professionals and maintaining accurate medical records.

Schedule
- 36 hours a week (Eligible for Benefits)
- Weekends? Required (on rotation)
- Day, Evening and Night Shifts Available
Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Valid CPR certification
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients
