LAB Technician III

Volt is immediately hiring a Lab Tech III in Maplewood, MN , with a well-known industry leader.

This is a first shift position.

As a Lab Tech III you will :

• Conduct physical and optical properties testing of films and substrates.
• Carryout chemical mixing and coating experiments with films.
• Analyzing test results.
• Be a Self-starter with drive for accurate completion of experiment analysis
• Be a Team player with the ability to contribute in a matrix environment

The Ideal Candidate will have :

• BS Degree(preferred)
• Two year technical or Associates degree from an accredited university with related experience.
• Previous technical training applicable to laboratory procedures, skills and method
• Minimum 1 (one) year experience with conducting testing of polymer materials in a laboratory environment (preferred)
• Minimum 1 (one) year experience with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to lift 50 lbs

Pay Rate : $29.00 per hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
