We are seeking an exceptional Sales Manager with an established client portfolio and 3-5 years of previous Luxury Retail experience working for a luxury brand.
This is a perfect opportunity for a Client Advisor looking to take their career to the next level. Proven clienteling skills and an established client book are preferred.
Main Activities and Responsibilities :
- Provide impeccable service to our clients and be a true ambassador of the brand ensuring that every client is treated according to the Dolce & Gabbana expectations.
- Tailor the client experience in order to exceed their expectations while supporting the team by providing, mentoring and ensuring smooth running of the sales ceremony on the shop floor
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the products as well as of the Dolce & Gabbana history and heritage and serving as a role model by prioritizing client’s interest and consistently achieving monthly sales targets.
- Proactively using clienteling tools and make the most of their time ensuring the achievement of individual and store goals, enhancing and developing the business.
- Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating (CRM), to build and retain relationships with our current customer and identify potential clients.
- Ensure the achievement of sales goals, enhancing and developing the business
- Sourcing new clients using the CRM tools
- Maintaining and building productive long-term relationships with DG loyal clients
- Ability to mentor Client Advisors
- Oversee the organization's sales policies, objectives and initiatives
- Assist in merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor
Requirements :
- 3+ years of Luxury Retail Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- RTW experience preferred
This position is classified as non-exempt for purposes of the Fair Labor Standards Act as this employee’s primary duties consist of performing clerical and / or manual work-based activities.
The hourly rate for this role ranges from $25.00 - $30.00. Additionally, we offer the opportunity to take part in our comprehensive benefits program which includes : medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurances, 401(k) plan, FSA plans, and more.
The total compensation amount for a candidate is based on factors including educational background, professional experience, and industry knowledge.
