They are looking for a ERP Business Analyst who will translate business requirements to actionable IT initiatives and then lead the design, development, and test activities to make them a reality.
This is a hybrid position based in Litchfield County, Connecticut.
ERP Business Analyst’s Responsibilities and Duties
- Address and solve issues related to the D365 F&O system.
- Identify ways to minimize manual tasks, address ongoing challenges, and enhance system capabilities for better efficiency and performance.
- Lead projects that introduce new features to support evolving business needs and operational goals.
- Assist in managing updates and changes to systems connected to D365.
ERP Business Analyst’s Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on anticipating the impact of changes.
- Solid understanding of key business processes related to finance, operations, and other areas within Dynamics systems.
