Job Description
- Offer technical support for electronic platforms, in-house applications, and other essential systems utilized by front-office desks.
- Quickly troubleshoot and resolve issues to minimize downtime and maintain seamless business operations.
- Work with the development team to identify the root causes of technical issues and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to escalate and resolve issues, while documenting support cases and procedures for knowledge sharing.

The Successful Applicant
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role within a front-office environment.
- Strong communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with trading platforms such as ION solutions, MarkitWire, TradeWeb, DealerWeb, BrokerTec, or Bloomberg.
- Proficiency in Python or C#
