Graphic Designer . This role calls for a creative eye, ability to think outside of the box, and a knack for encouraging engineers outside of their comfort zones.

The ideal candidate would be someone willing to push boundaries and help effectively visually communicate value and technical information to a diverse audience.

Under the direction of the water business line and marketing leadership, core responsibilities in this role will be :

Develop themed graphics, templates, and layouts for print collateral such as proposals, reports, brochures, and presentations that visually tell a story customized to each deliverable.

Craft visually appealing presentations following the assertion-evidence model - where messaging is backed by visual communication to communicate our value in a competitive environment.

Update and provide guidance on long-form document design through collaboration with proposal development staffDevelop and maintain a library of InDesign and PPT templates for marketing and engineering staff useTo be considered, candidates
