Project manager position available at a high pace construction company. Our company is a design build company of sports facilities specializing in tennis courts, running tracks, and athletic fields construction.

The position will be responsible for construction management duties which will include but not limited too activities such as sales, submittals, billing, material ordering, communication and coordination with sub-contractors, owners, general contractors and designers.

Key Responsibilities :

The essential job functions or duties of this position are as follows :

  • 1.) Project manage jobs under construction which consists of but not limited to the following;
  • Monthly billing
  • Submittals
  • Material quantities and ordering
  • Material inventory
  • Coordinate material deliveries to shop.
  • Jobsite meetings if and when required.
  • Jobsite supervision and layout during construction if required.
  • Coordinate with owners, sub-contractors, engineers and architects.

2.) Promote the use of post tension concrete for athletic running tracks and fields.3.) Maintain all information received and / or used through Classic Turf Company completely confidential.

4.) Learn about all products the Employer offers.5.) Miscellaneous office duties when required. We are a small construction office, and everyone needs to pitch in when required.

6.) Attend trade shows when necessary.7.) Attend industry conferences when necessary.8.) Be available to travel out of state (sometimes overnight) to supervise and work on projects.

9.) Maintain and achieve Company's long-term goals as set by management.Long Term Goals for the next five years :

  • Increase total sales to $50 million or more.
  • Construct 3 or more post tension concrete running tracks per year.
  • Construct 100 - 150 tennis courts per year
  • Maintain a smooth-running office and staff
  • Continue to lead the industry in technology

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or architecture
  • Experience : 5+ Years Construction Project Management

Working Conditions :
